Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role within care or nursing homes. Background supporting older adults services. Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational governance. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally. What You’ll Do Lead operational performance across a portfolio of care and nursing homes. Take accountability for compliance, governance, and quality of care delivery.
