About the Role
We are looking for a stellar Sr. Solution Consultant to help grow Whatfix. The Sr. Solution Consultant will be an expert in the Whatfix product from demo through Proof of Concept and will assist Sales in presenting the value proposition and benefits of the Whatfix solution to prospects and customers. The role requires evangelizing products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and product demos.
Responsibilities
1. Understand enterprise software trends and how they create opportunities for a DAP platform.
2. Partner with Account Executives during discovery calls, prepare/deliver presentations and demos explaining Whatfix products.
3. Manage and execute on-site or remote solution demonstrations, representing the product at events like conferences and seminars.
4. Evangelize Whatfix products through presentations and demos.
5. Respond to RFIs/RFPs with support from Account Executives and Technical Sales Engineers.
6. Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
7. Collaborate with sales to plan and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
8. Handle objections during presentations, articulating value and ROI.
9. Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and competitive landscape.
10. Study deployments across industries to develop best practices and use cases.
11. Learn about customer businesses and industry trends to present thought leadership.
12. Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams for consultative support.
13. Build confidence and communicate effectively across teams.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting; ERP background preferred.
* Experience with deployments in industries like Insurance, Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare.
* Understanding of applications like CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft), HR (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
* Experience in solutions consulting for industries relevant to Whatfix.
* Consultative selling skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
* Knowledge of high-performance software and SaaS.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German) preferred.
* Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel for on-site meetings.
