We’re looking for a Fleet Performance Manager, based at either our Glasgow or Dumbarton site, to lead the strategic planning and optimisation of Aggreko’s fleet portfolio and help shape how our assets are deployed, invested in and utilised worldwide.

What you’ll do
As our Fleet Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in steering the strategic direction of Aggreko’s global fleet. You’ll take the lead on building reliable, insight‑driven fleet plans, driving monthly Capex submissions, and ensuring our global asset movements align tightly with long‑term business priorities.
You will:
6. Operationally leadtheglobalfleet planning rhythm,establishinga clear fleet plan covering availability, redeploymentoptionsand replacement needs,and proactivelyidentifyingsupply chain risksin co-ordination with regions, Procurement, Productmanagementand manufacturing hubs.
7. Drive the monthly Capex requisition process,validatingtechnical readiness with Product managementand delivery feasibility with Procurement and manufacturing partnersensuring alignment with strategic fleetobjectives,readiness for approval within budgeted cycles,maximizing assetutilizationto minimize unnecessary capital expenditure,
8. Actasthe owner for global fleet movements,providinga consolidatedview, on asset availability and redeployment, while ensuring tactical execution supports long-term strategicplans and ensuring we make the best decision for the group
9. Leverage advanced fleet analytics, includingutilization, aging profiles, and slow-moving asset data, to inform critical strategic decisions on asset retention, transfer, or divestment,and translate insights into clear actions for regionsensuring alignment with capital efficiencyobjectives.
10. Cultivate and empower a high-performing Fleet Planning team, fostering a culture ofexcellenceand driving capability uplift across the broader global Fleet community through the establishment of consistent best practices and knowledge sharing.
You’ll have the following skills and experience
11. Strong background in demand planning, forecasting, operations planning or a related discipline.
12. Experience working across multiple regions or time zones in a fast‑moving, asset‑heavy environment.
13. Advanced Excel and BI capability, with confidence analysing and presenting complex data.
14. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
15. Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
16. Commercial mindset with solid financial acumen, able to balance operational needs with strategic capital considerations.
