Description The Commercial Property Solicitor will be: Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier transactions Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and related documents Supporting on high value and complex property transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Managing files from instruction through to completion Contributing to business development initiatives across the region Profile The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have; A solicitor with ideally 3 to 6 years PQE in commercial property Experienced in development, investment and occupier work Managing their own caseload with minimal supervision Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills Keen to play a role in business development Interested in building a long term career with a large regional law firm Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £59,000 to £64,000.25 days holiday entitlement.5% pension contribution.Private medical insurance.Hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance.
