About the Role:
* Delivering a comprehensive and engaging English curriculum to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
* Developing innovative lesson plans that spark curiosity and empower students to excel.
* Providing constructive feedback and fostering a love for learning in students.
* Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the effectiveness of the English department.
* Demonstrating a commitment to professional development and staying abreast of evolving teaching methodologies.
What We Are Looking For:
* A degree in English (or a closely related field).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
* A demonstrable track record of success in teaching English at a secondary school level (KS3, KS4, and KS5).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for inspiring and nurturing a love for the English language in students.
