What You’ll Be Doing Own and optimise the IFS ERP environment (Apps 8 & IFS Cloud), from core applications to middleware and infrastructure. Partner with cross-functional teams—Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Asset & Service Management—to streamline processes and unlock value. Lead upgrades, module rollouts, and integration projects with internal teams and external vendors. Troubleshoot, tune, and enhance system performance to keep everything running like clockwork. Customise IFS with new menus, fields, lobbies, and events to meet evolving business needs. Manage user roles, permissions, and security profiles with precision. Support data migration, reporting, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, and IFS tools. Ensure compliance with ITIL, data protection, and audit standards. What You Bring Essential: Proven experience administering IFS Applications (Apps 8 and/or IFS Cloud). Deep understanding of IFS architecture, modules, and configuration. Skilled in Oracle/SQL, report development (Excel, Power BI, Quick Reports), and system upgrades. Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Strong grasp of Finance, HR, Asset/Service Order Management, and Supply Chain modules. Exposure to Agile/Scrum and ITIL best practices. Desirable: IFS Certified System Administrator or equivalent. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
