Role Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership for the Children's Nursing discipline.
* Ensure academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with healthcare priorities.
* Lead curriculum design and delivery for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
* Promote inclusive, family-centred pedagogies.
* Foster research-informed teaching and mentorship.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS Trusts.
* Participate in staff recruitment, development, and retention.
