Schools Relationship Manager
Full time, 37 hours.
Salary: £29,185 per annum.
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Schools Relationship Manager to join our Music Hub team. In this outward-facing role, you’ll build strong partnerships with schools, support music programme delivery, and play a key part in shaping young people’s access to high-quality music education. You’ll be the first point of contact for schools in our membership programme—growing relationships, managing agreements, and ensuring a smooth experience for schools, parents, and tutors. Alongside this, you’ll oversee admissions processes, manage data through SpeedAdmin, and help deliver large-scale school events.
This is a varied role combining relationship management, operations, data, and team leadership. You’ll line‑manage administrators, support tutors and practitioners, and contribute to the wider success of the Music Hub.
