About the Company
Our client is a property development group based in the North of England, managing a portfolio of over 2000 residential properties. They acquire properties on the open market, renovate them to standard for rental and resale, and handle all processes in-house including property surveying, renovations, lettings, maintenance, rent collection, property management, legal, sales, and marketing.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, the successful candidate will handle daily administrative duties such as:
* Logging information
* Organising tasks
* Ensuring smooth office operations
Skills Needed
* Proactive use of initiative and professional conduct
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional phone manner
* Data entry and general IT skills
* Good typing speed
* Team player with good coordination skills
Key Skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; confident in data entry
* Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and track progress
