Benefits Salary £34,000 - £38,000 per annum Full-time - 9-5pm Monday to Friday Option of some hybrid Permanent Responsibilities Deal with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, acting for both private clients and limited companies Responsible for ‘signing off’ files for exchange and completion Work with the Senior Conveyancer to achieve financial target set for the year and help supervise and develop the Conveyancing Assistant in the team Take over full responsibility for the team in the Senior Conveyancer’s absence Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancer level Previous experience in a similar role for 2-3 years A proven track record of success in a professional setting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.
