Contact Centre Team Manager

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum plus £10,000 bonus
Our client is looking for a high-impact Contact Centre Team Manager to lead an outbound calling team of around 20 Advisors within a fast-paced, high-energy contact centre in the North West. This role is for a true people leader, someone who leads from the front, coaches relentlessly, and acts as the heartbeat of the floor, driving performance while developing and inspiring their team.
The Role:
* Lead, motivate and coach a team of circa 20 Outbound Contact Centre Advisors.
* Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets standards and drives results.
* Use strong coaching to improve performance, capability and engagement.
* Manage KPIs while maintaining a positive, high-energy team culture.
* Identify and develop talent, supporting internal progression.

* Proven experience managing a team in a contact centre environment.
* Strong coaching and people-development skills.
* High energy, resilient and confident leading in a fast-paced setting.
* Comfortable leading from the front and holding teams to account.
