Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support during the weekends. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
Duties
* Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
* Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
* Perform data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and email management.
* Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
