Salary:
up to £53,200 (FTE) (dependent on experience) plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon completing your final probation period). T&C's apply.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Contract:

About the role:
Upton Grange is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. You will implement a holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approach to support our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring safety, comfort, and their occupational and sensory needs are met. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, devising interventions, and preparing documentation such as reports and sensory profiles. You will also provide training and information to staff, commissioners, and other agencies.
You will work within our well-established multidisciplinary team, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and therapy assistants, to create an environment conducive to learning and development.

Criteria:
* Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons)
* Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
* Knowledge of Sensory Integration or Sensory regulation approaches
* Experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma, mental health needs, or challenging behaviors
* Ability to collaborate effectively with partners
* Ability to work sensitively and resolve conflicts
* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
