Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Facilitating the development of strategies and change plans.
* Supporting development of business cases and regulatory investment plans
* Supporting the design of operating models and organisational structures.
* Developing and implementing delivery models for complex programmes
* Assisting with business process development.
* Planning and delivering change initiatives.
* Driving communication and engagement efforts.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
* Proven experience in delivering change management activities as part of larger transformation programmes.
* Hands-on experience supporting advisory commissions, with a focus on organisational design, change management, asset investment planning, or complex programme design and delivery.
* A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A keen interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area.
* Relevant qualifications in Management Consulting, Change Management, Asset Management or Programme Management, with a practical interest in problem-solving and change methodologies.
