Overview
A Senior Day Coach (Senior Residential Support Worker) at SuperCare provides both direct care to the children and guidance to less experienced colleagues. You\'ll be a role model in the home, showing others how to use PECS effectively, how to remain calm when a child lashes out, and how to approach personal care with dignity. You won\'t be leading shifts, but you\'ll be the experienced pair of hands that helps everything run smoothly. This role is a clear progression into a Team Leader.

Qualifications
What\'s Required: You\'ll need at least 12 months experience in SEN, learning disability, or residential care settings, and ideally a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent. More importantly, you\'ll be patient, reflective, and committed to supporting both children and colleagues with warmth and steadiness.
