Dolphin Mobility is a family run business based in Chobham which has been established for over 30 years. We supply and install disability equipment such as stair lifts, hoists and through floor lifts. We are looking for someone to join our office team. The applicant must enjoy working closely with others, be flexible to the tasks required, organised and hard working.
Please find below a list of basic day to day duties for the Office Administrator:
* Organising Engineers/Surveyors and managing their daily diary
* Assisting with planning & overseeing all installations
* Updating various systems and spread sheets throughout the order/ installation process
* Ordering lifts with manufactures, booking in installations with councils and individuals
* Organising preparatory on site works such as plumbing, electrical and building works.
* Answering the telephone, dealing with customer queries, quotations, breakdowns, service bookings
* Manage the Office inbox and deal with incoming emails
* Organise training for engineers and surveyors
* Maintain warranty spreadsheet and send out reminder letters
The successful applicant must be/have:
* Self-Motivated individual
* Confident and works well under pressure
* Methodical, organised and able to multi task with attention to detail.
* A professional and articulate telephone manner and be competent when dealing with customers
* Have a good knowledge of Microsoft programs and computer skills
This position offers great scope for progression within the company with plenty of responsibilities to take on.
Most of your training will be done on the job, with existing staff explaining our systems and procedures. You will also get a chance to go out with the engineers and surveyors to gather valuable product knowledge.
Salary is £28,000 - £29,000 covering the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. The position would be permanent after a 3 month probationary period.
