Position:
Business Development Manager - Edinburgh/Glasgow region
Our client is a rapidly growing premium alcoholic drinks business developing and selling award-winning beers and spirits to On Trade independents, groups, and national accounts.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop existing accounts, build new relationships, and increase sales across premium On Trade accounts in the Edinburgh and Glasgow region. The ideal candidate will be proactive, ambitious, and experienced in drinks sales.
Requirements include:
* Strong exposure to selling drinks brands in the On Trade
* Experience negotiating directly with buying teams, managing P+L, nurturing customer relations, and account management
* Entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to building customer relationships
* Passion for drinks culture and the wider On-Trade drinks arena
* Highly organized, numerate, with good commercial skills
* Proactive approach and career-driven attitude
* Strong negotiation, organizational, and planning skills
This position offers a salary of £35-42K plus car allowance, bonus, pension, and other benefits.
