Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility to work various shifts (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer experience, ensure efficient staff scheduling, and conduct store visits from the customer's perspective.
* People: Encourage feedback, provide performance reviews, foster a respectful team environment, and manage performance issues in collaboration with HR.
* Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper merchandising, coach staff on upselling, and seek continuous improvement based on employee incentives.
* Operations: Manage KPIs such as sales, staff turnover, food safety, and health & safety standards. Oversee stock management, equipment maintenance, opening/closing procedures, and restaurant cleanliness.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, report incidents promptly, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Requisites
* Experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
* Flexible, disciplined, and team-oriented approach.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
