The Abbey School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of RE who is committed to excellence, to start from September 2024.
The successful candidate will be a creative and dynamic practitioner and leader who will be able to strive the development of our already thrivingReligious Education and Studies department,and help drive forward our agenda of continuous improvement.
This is a permanent, full-time role, paid on the basis of the School Teachers Pay & Conditions MPS/UPS, dependant on experience, with an additional TLR2c (£3,214).
The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k. This is split into the following payments - £2.5k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2.5k to be paid in September 2025 as a retention incentive.
