Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant located in High Wycombe and will be:

Checking petty cash for the units and Clients.

Confirm delivery note against supplier's invoices.
·
Input supplier's invoices weekly and send the report to the Finance Executive for running payment
·
Issue purchase order number and check the invoices according to the order number
·
Purchase items when required,
Invoicing,
Bank reconciliation, Stock control and
Chasing payment from clients.

Sending staff shift reports and c
hecking the timesheet report of the staff and dealing with their enquires.
·
Liaising with employees regarding pay and compensation, working hours etc
·
Using QuickBooks to update purchases and Asset registration.
Qualifications
Although full training will be given the ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in Credit Control and managing Petty Cash
* Strong Finance and Accounting skills
* Excellent Communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and to priorties workload
* Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting
* Experience in the healthcare or support services sector is a plus
