About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across your region. Your focus will be on driving customer value, identifying commercial growth opportunities and ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership, Solutions Consulting, Service Delivery and Customer Success to understand customer goals, align solutions and deliver outcomes that support long‑term retention and revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building trusted, long‑term customer relationships
* Developing and executing account plans to drive renewals, expansion and cross‑sell opportunities
* Leading regular customer conversations to understand business needs and position GTT solutions
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure delivery alignment and customer success
* Maintaining accurate account information, forecasting and pipeline management within CRM tools
* Supporting bids, proposals and contract renewals as required
What We’re Looking For
Essential experience:
* 3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or B2B commercial sales within technology or telecommunications
* A strong track record of managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth
* Experience using CRM systems and managing multiple accounts
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Nice to have:
* Experience working with enterprise or multinational customers
* Exposure to complex networking, connectivity or managed services environments
