Job Description
Castle Manufacturing is recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation based in East Yorkshire. This is a permanent role on a Night Shift
Key Duties:
* Lead the Encapsulation team to meet production, quality, and safety targets
* Support NPD and EPD trials, process improvements, and lean initiatives
* Manage training, skills matrices, and team development
* Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and company standards
* Conduct daily briefings, handovers, and performance reviews
Requirements
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing (FMCG/food preferred)
* Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and food safety
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* IT literate and confident working under pressure
