Location: Hybrid working from Bristol or Exeter
Working Pattern: Full time (preferred)

What you’ll do

* Be part of the friendly Client Development team who work together to identify and win new business as well as delivering to our existing clients.
* Support Business Development Managers in planning and executing sector business development plans, including support on client and campaign development.
* External and internal communications – work with Business Development Managers and Marketing Communications to generate content and share through internal and external channels.
* Company/sector research – collate company-related research to support planning and drive sector strategies and individual sales opportunities.
* Assist with external profiling activities and planned sector campaign activities including identifying opportunities and targets, maintaining mailing lists and helping with content development.
* Events – offer ad hoc event support and help with researching and tracking sector and industry events.
* CRM – support related CRM activity, liaising with fee earners and the team to ensure marketing lists are updated.
* Legal directory submissions – coordinate input from key stakeholders, support interview preparations, and capture case studies for broader usage.
* Reports – assist with routine and ad-hoc reporting activities and data analysis.

What we’re looking for

This will be a varied and exciting role working with multiple business development teams and fee earners to help support our business development activities. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:

* Previous experience in a business/professional environment (admin, paralegal, business development, or marketing).
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proof-reading skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Confident PowerPoint, Word, and Excel capabilities.
* Good team collaboration skills.
* A shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
