Role: Regional Service Manager
Location: Bexley, DA1 5QJ
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: between £40,000 and £64,000.00 pa DOE
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for aftermarket excellence in the HGV or commercial vehicle sector? We’re looking for a proactive Regional Service Manager to lead our Service Centre team at Bexley!
What You’ll Do
* Oversee daily operations across admin, workshop, and field service teams, with a focus on aftermarket support and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
* Drive service growth, customer loyalty, and profitability in a fast-paced, commercial vehicle environment
* Monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a similar role within the HGV or commercial vehicle aftermarket sector
* A track record of strong leadership, team-building, and people development
* Confidence in managing budgets, performance, and compliance
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK to support your team and customers
