University Hospitals Dorset is a three‑site acute trust with ‘university hospital’ status through our partnership with Bournemouth University. With an annual budget of £730m, we deliver highly regarded health services and employ some 10,000 staff. Our £500m transformation programme is on track to deliver state‑of‑the‑art facilities over the next two years to meet current and future healthcare needs.

We value a diverse workforce and actively welcome applications from under‑represented minority groups. Our staff network groups include Women’s Network, BAME, Pride Network, EU, Pro‑Ability and Armed Forces Support Group. We are proudly sign‑up to the Disability Confident and Armed Forces Covenant interview schemes.

We understand that some candidates may use AI tools to support application preparation. While this is not discouraged, your submission should remain an honest representation of your experience and suitability.
