Are you looking for a new challenge and career progression? Join a multidisciplinary gynaecology team and gain experience across our sites, developing a breadth of knowledge across specialities such as Trauma & Orthopaedics, general, head & neck, obstetrics, day surgery, vascular, ophthalmology, urology, anaesthesia and recovery. Experience in theatres is desirable but not essential. We encourage career progression for all staff and will facilitate training and development.
Band 2 development role with the opportunity to progress to Band 3 within 12 months if specific criteria are met and supported by the line manager.
Base Location: Poole Hospital
Interview Dates: 8th and 9th December 2025

* Willingness to undertake additional training and education in relation to theatre skills
* Ability to work as part of a busy team
* Demonstrate ability to work in a busy environment and cope when the service is under pressure
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal and non‑verbal
* Good organisational skills
