Due to the continued growth of Pro Landscapes, we are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Head Office based in Bracknell, Berkshire. This role is required in order to manage a range of new contracts which have been recently awarded.
Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for clients, supporting their needs.
* Proactively ascertain client needs and requirements and take necessary steps to meet them effectively.
* Establish and develop long-term relationships with current and new clients.
* Develop and execute strategies to help meet company goals and objectives.
* Create and execute customer development strategies and sales plans.
* Handle complaints with empathy and in a timely manner.
* Manage communication between clients and the Pro Landscapes/Pro Machinery internal teams.
* Provide various reports to assist with company growth plans.
* Provide timely information to clients to ensure works can be completed on time.
* Raise purchase orders, obtain quotations from various suppliers, and provide new and existing clients with quotations for works.

Requirements:
* Account Management (2 years)
* Customer Service (2 years)
* Knowledge of managing CRM systems (essential)
* A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships (essential)
* Experience in the grounds maintenance/landscaping industry (preferred, but not essential)
* Driving Licence (this role may involve occasional travelling).
* Ability to commute to the Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire.
* Salary of £25,000.
* Core working hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
