Role Overview:
As a Senior Operations Executive, you will play a central role in running day-to-day campaigns for one of our largest retail clients, with opportunities to support additional clients across the agency. You'll be hands-on with the setup, optimisation, and analysis of PPC and Paid Social campaigns-including Search Ads, Performance Max, Google Shopping, Meta ASC, and Meta Traffic-providing data-driven insights to inform media investment decisions and support Account Managers and Directors. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to manage accounts, contribute to performance reporting, and ensure thorough testing, optimisation, and problem-solving across campaigns. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically skilled platform specialist who enjoys the fast-paced environment of ecommerce, and prefers to focus on campaign execution and optimisation rather than client servicing.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) campaigns, ensuring delivery against client KPIs.
* Optimise and troubleshoot campaign performance, monitoring budgets, pacing, and aligning with business goals and forecasts.
* Oversee feed-based campaigns across Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta DPAs, testing and refining audience strategies, creative rotations, and bidding.
* Maintain high standards of quality assurance, best practice documentation, and support knowledge sharing within the operations team.
* Analyse platform and cross-channel data using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, identifying trends and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
* Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports with clear commentary and recommendations for improvement.
* Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Data and SEO teams to enhance campaign troubleshooting and insights.
* Monitor data feeds, tracking setups, and pixel implementations, contribute to process automation, and stay current with retail seasonality, promotions, and consumer behaviour trends.
About the Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Science, Business, Marketing vertical or part of an agency internship program.
* 2-3 years' experience managing Paid Media campaigns for retail or ecommerce accounts, with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
* Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with proven experience executing and optimising feed-based campaigns and understanding retail feeds.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, automation, and reporting; familiar with Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.
* Deep understanding of Paid Search bidding strategies, tracking, conversion tags, data feeds, and the interaction of multiple channels across the marketing funnel.
* Ability to interpret, communicate, and present complex data clearly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Curious, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing, retail trends, and continuous improvement, with a track record of driving performance through structured testing and data-driven decisions.
* Experience with automation or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Ads scripts), dynamic creative optimisation (DCO), and/or Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous.
