What will you do?
* Lead a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting the development of skill and performance
* Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow
* Support the management of inventory, stock level monitoring, and rotation organisation
* Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

* No degree required
* Previous related experience in a fast‑paced setting is beneficial
* Skills in verbal and written communication, leadership, attention to detail, organisation, and time management
