Shift Pattern: A Shift – 22:00 to 07:15
Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights, with Saturday off, then back on shift Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights. We're looking for an Advanced Team Member to join our team at KP Snacks. As an Advanced Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll take ownership of a specific piece of equipment, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting both performance and reliability. From resolving day-to-day issues and conducting product testing to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, you’ll be hands-on in delivering great results.
Using problem-solving tools and daily management systems, you’ll help reduce waste and drive continuous improvement. You'll also support your team by coaching others and sharing your knowledge. If you have a background in manufacturing or the food industry, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect fit. Bespoke training is provided, so a passion for learning and ownership is key!

Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry is highly valued, but transferable skills from other fast-paced environments are also welcome.
Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll provide all the training you need – so don’t let that hold you back.
