Responsibilities
- Mounting, balancing, and rotating tyre
- Repairing punctures and flat tyres
- Conducting tyre inspections for wear and damage
- Assisting customers with tyre selection and recommendations
- Operating power tools and hand tools for tyre service
- Ensuring customer service excellence at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling tires
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
