We are looking for a Spray Painter / Smart Repair Technician to join our site in Letchworth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray painting, smart repairs, and vehicle prep.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out smart repairs on internal and retail vehicles within customer-driven timescales.
* Interpret instructions from the job card correctly, following documented quality procedures and health & safety requirements.
* Obtain technical information and attend training to stay updated.
* Examine vehicles and report conditions and safety issues in writing; report potential repair difficulties immediately.
* Record work done accurately and report any further work or faults.
Experience, qualifications, and attributes:
* A full driving licence is essential.
* Previous experience as a spray painter is required.
* Own tools such as spray guns and air-fed masks are necessary.
* Flexible work attitude.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* High efficiency; work must meet standards the first time, every time.
