Our London office is the hub of our operations, supporting investment teams, portfolio management, and client relations. Role Overview The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our London office. This position requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can manage administrative functions, support senior executives, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Office Operations Oversee daily office management, including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards. Manage office budgets and expense tracking. Executive & Team Support Provide administrative support to senior leadership and investment teams. Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and investor materials. People & Culture Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and office-related issues. Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Organize team events, client meetings, and networking functions. Facilities & Technology Liaise with building management and external contractors. Oversee IT and office equipment needs, coordinating with service providers. Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms, video conferencing, and office systems. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within financial services, consulting, or professional services. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or document management systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor.
