As a Training Coordinator, where youll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for company-wide technical training requirements. As theTraining Coordinator, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as: Daily management of Training Program in support of achieving site, customer and/or production goals Primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external customers regarding training requirements Liaise with internal customers, local universities, and regulatory agencies as needed. (Other agencies and customers as required) Implement and manage program specific training plans throughout all phases of performance for assigned program Participate in company internal/external audits and support customer audits as required to support quality management system goals Develop, implement and coordinate corrective actions as needed with responsible departments on performance metrics including training effectiveness and customer satisfaction * Perform other job duties that may be required Our Purpose - We connect people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
