Marketing Account Manager
Full-time | Braintree | Hybrid | £30,000-£38,000 DOE
The Opportunity
My client, a growing creative marketing agency in Braintree, is looking for a proactive Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and deliver strategic marketing campaigns across multiple sectors. This role combines account management, project coordination, and campaign oversight, giving you the chance to work across exciting industries including retail, healthcare, technology, and professional services.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a close-knit agency team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their marketing objectives.
* Plan, oversee, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and offline activity.
* Work with creative and media teams to ensure campaigns meet client briefs and deadlines.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.
* Support business development by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to pitches.
* Coordinate internal resources and project schedules to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
* Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
About You
* 2-4 years' experience in an agency account management or marketing role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social, PPC, email, and content marketing.
* Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, proactive approach.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience reporting on campaigns and providing insights to clients.
* Creative problem-solver with commercial awareness.
