Job Description
As a Customer Team Leader, you will be part of a friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead the store team, coaching and supervising colleagues, deputising for the Store Manager when necessary, and ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
Main Responsibilities
* Closing date: This role requires a flexible individual who can work varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
* Care for customers – Provide friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team – Foster an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected, and develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training.
* Store operations – Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, manage diligence checks and stock accuracy, and support your Store Manager with HR processes.
