Mandatory skills
1. Red Hat OpenShift – Deploying, managing, and supporting containerized enterprise platforms and applications, including Cloud Pak for Data and H2O.ai.
2. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) – Administration, patching, troubleshooting, hardening, and performance tuning of enterprise Linux environments.
3. Elastic Stack (ELK) – Managing centralized logging, observability, monitoring dashboards, indices, and alerting pipelines.

1. Confluent / Apache Kafka – Building and maintaining real-time event streaming and distributed data pipelines.
2. GitLab – Managing source control, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and DevOps workflows.
3. Tableau – Developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations for operational and business insights.

2. Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and RHEL, supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance tuning, and operational stability.
3. Skilled in observability and real-time data streaming using Elastic Stack and Confluent/Kafka to deliver centralized monitoring, alerting, and high-throughput distributed data pipelines.
4. Experienced in leveraging GitLab for CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices, while using Tableau to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
5. Strong background in platform operations, including incident management, system health monitoring, capacity planning, SLA management, and production support, with the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
