Estate Quantity Surveyor, Cowdray
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + excellent benefits

Cowdray is a historic and vibrant rural Estate in the South Downs, home to British Polo and a wide variety of unique properties and businesses. We are looking for an experienced Estate Quantity Surveyor to join our Works Department and play a key role in the conservation, maintenance, and development of our properties and assets.
What you'll do:
* Estimate and manage costs for maintenance and construction projects
* Oversee budgets, contracts, and financial management
* Work on a wide range of properties, including historic and listed buildings
* Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and health & safety
* Support projects from concept to completion, maintaining the highest standards
What we're looking for:
* Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying, or similar
* 5+ years' construction industry experience
* Strong skills in estimating, contract administration, and project management
* Experience working with historic buildings and conservation techniques
* Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
