Learning Support Assistant – SEN Focus Grays, Essex £89.47 - £95 per day We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in the Grays area. Key Responsibilities: One-to-one support – Work closely with pupils with SEND to help them access learning and feel included in the classroom. Collaborative planning – Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning strategies and individual education plans. Behaviour support – Use positive behaviour management strategies to de-escalate and redirect when needed. Communication – Liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals to track progress and share updates. Positive reinforcement – Foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence, confidence, and academic growth.
