You will be responsible for delivering a personalised and engaging curriculum to pupils with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Working closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants and therapists, you’ll help each child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
2. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
3. Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals
4. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
5. Contribute to the wider schoolmunity and SEN development
What We’re Looking For
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience working with children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
8. Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and behaviour support strategies
9. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills
10. A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
