Location: Crawshaw Hall Medical Centre & Nursing Home, Burnley Road
The Culinary Care Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience that enhances safety, wellbeing, identity, culture, dignity and joy. Dining is at the heart of home life — it shapes comfort, emotional security and a sense of belonging.
This role ensures that every meal served in the home is safe, nutritious, culturally sensitive and beautifully presented. It also sets the tone for hospitality, warmth and connection within the home
You are not simply a chef; you are a hospitality ambassador, a nutritional safety guardian, a culture-setter, and a visible leader within the home. You influence resident experience, clinical safety and the emotional atmosphere of mealtimes.
You are a key part of the home's engine — elevating culinary excellence, experience design, safe nutrition and meaningful daily living for every resident.
