What Youll Be Doing...
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of Residential Support Workers, Seniors and Deputy Manager.
Creating a warm, structured, and therapeutic environment where every young person feels valued.
Working closely with Local Authorities to ensure effective matching and placement.
Driving quality, consistency, and innovation across the home to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Championing safeguarding and best practice in all areas of care.
Representing the home at key meetings and deputising for senior management when needed.
Supporting with recruitment, training, and the ongoing development of your team.
What Were Looking For...
Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or the drive to work towards it.
3+ years experience working with children, including 1 year in a management or senior role within a residential setting.
In-depth understanding of Ofsted Regulations and Quality Standards for Childrens Homes.
A valid UK driving licence and a flexible, hands-on approach.
Above all - a genuine passion, emotional resilience, and the ability to inspire others.
