Base pay range
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a respected organisation based in Milton Keynes. This role offers you the chance to work closely with teams across IT and Marketing, providing essential financial insight that will shape business decisions and drive performance. With a competitive salary of £65,000 and a supportive working environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT and Marketing to provide financial guidance that supports effective decision-making.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering insightful analysis and constructive challenge to ensure robust financial planning.
* Conduct comprehensive financial and performance analysis to identify areas for margin improvement and cost efficiency across the business.
* Deliver clear reporting on large datasets and translate complex information into actionable commercial recommendations for stakeholders.
* Support disciplined cost control initiatives by providing detailed insight into business performance and expenditure trends.
* Assist in the preparation of audit materials and tax packs as part of the wider finance team's responsibilities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency or accuracy in reporting.
* Engage with colleagues at all levels to enhance understanding of financial results and promote a culture of shared accountability for performance.
* Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage complex data sets and develop models that inform strategic decisions.
