Your work will include: Being the key point of contact for our maintenance team Order materials and resolve problems in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will be working closely with Guest Services to ensure all our guest accommodation is to a high standard and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too. Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need. We will train you, but you’ll need to have the following skills and experience to apply for this role: Great customer services skills Ability to lead by example. A problem-solving attitude IT proficient Add in the ability to think for yourself and be proactive, great people skills and unfailing enthusiasm - if you’ve got all that, you’re in the running.
