Overview: Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. We are building a high-performance team to compete at the highest level, including engineering, design, and off-track specialists. Role: Power Unit Integration Engineer at our Silverstone Facility. You will support power unit integration activities, contribute to our pursuit of excellence, and collaborate across teams to meet performance and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate external dyno and rig testing, including planning and specifications.
* Manage power unit assembly and part data distribution.
* Design and release parts for testing and garage equipment.
* Own projects, identify risks and opportunities, and report to the Head of Power Unit Integration.
* Provide information for production, including materials and quality standards.
* Support liaising with power unit, fuel, and lubricant partners.
* Assist the design team to meet performance and deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Experience in F1 or motorsport preferred.
* Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, materials, and analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
