Senior C# Developer / Software Engineer (C# .Net Core AWS) role at TESOL International Association
Location / WFH: Hybrid policy – 2–3 days a week in Sunderland office or fully remote. Onsite office offers free meals, gym membership, and a relaxed environment.

Responsibilities: As a Senior C# Developer within the customer onboarding team you will shape the player onboarding and registration journeys, including KYC and identity verifications. Design and develop backend features that interact with the web front end (TypeScript, Vue.js), migrate code from .Net MVC to .Net Core, ensuring reliability, scalability, and thorough documentation. Contribute to technical project planning, provide guidance, conduct code reviews, and participate in technical discussions and decision making.
Qualifications:
* Strong C# .Net Core backend development experience
* Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using modern techniques
* Experience implementing frontend applications
* Good knowledge of AWS
* Collaborative with excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
