How you’ll make an impact
* Schedule meetings, apply service‑level agreements (SLAs) to incoming requests, and ensure deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
* Ensure the creative team has everything it needs to deliver high‑quality work, including accurate files, complete creative briefs, and clear deadlines.
* Manage the internal flow of projects for assigned divisions, ensuring flawless execution and on‑time delivery to meet business deadlines.
* Collaborate with resource managers to adjust project resources and schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
* Proactively communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project statuses and addressing any issues that may impact timelines.
* Maintain quality control by ensuring projects are proofread and archived appropriately.
* Stay informed about industry best practices and trends, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
About You
* A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in project management within a marketing or agency setting, working with creative teams.
* Familiarity with online project management tools, such as Workfront.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with a focus on problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
* A flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt to change.
* Experience in the financial, insurance, or benefits consulting space, as well as a design background or creative team resourcing experience, would be an advantage.
* Right to work in the UK.
