Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Salary: £22,000 basic + Commission (£55,000 OTE)

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of our business—building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving sales forward. This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who loves property, thrives on targets, and can create rapport with clients from all walks of life.
Key Responsibilities
Registering new buyers and understanding their requirements.
Arranging and conducting viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues.
Following up on leads and maximising every sales opportunity.
Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Skills & Experience
Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred but not essential—attitude and drive matter most.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Excellent local knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas is a plus.
Full UK driving licence and own car required. What We Offer
