Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a high-growth organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Advisor.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will support on delivering outstanding HR/ER support to their teams, guiding and coaching line managers to foster high-performing teams and enhance the overall experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties:
* Accountable for delivering comprehensive employee relations support and effective case handling to teams, including providing advice and coaching on matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, attendance management, exit processes, probation periods, and TUPE transfers, all in alignment with current legal requirements.
* Facilitate understanding of HR policies, procedures, and the organization's employee offering through targeted training and coaching initiatives.
* Maintain a data-driven approach by focusing on workforce metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and meaningful insights to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with the broader people team to assist managers in key areas such as onboarding, professional development, talent pipelines, succession strategies, organizational change, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Safeguard the accuracy of people-related data and uphold standards of data privacy and compliance.
* Contribute to strategic projects that advance the goals of the People function.
* Foster strong partnerships and open collaboration with all areas of the People team, including Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
* Participate in management meetings to deliver tailored training and coaching on HR and employee relations topics.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience of managing complex employee relations cases and coaching line managers
* Demonstrable experience of TUPE legislation (in/out) consultation and due diligence
* An excellent communicator - both written and verbal – with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive self-starter who is motivated to beat their own objectives and work with the business to deliver.
* Experience of HRIS Systems – iTrent would be advantageous.
