SBS - Asst. Brand Manager, SPB Women's Apparel

The Brand Specialist will work on offering dedicated support to brands to grow with Amazon by identifying and improving key customer inputs for growth such as content, catalog, marketing, and stock availability among others. The Brand Specialists will also help brands leverage Amazon’s tools and programs to improve their business inputs.

About the Role:
As a Brand Specialist, you will focus on delivering 5 core focus areas for the brand: Selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability. The candidate must share our passion and commitment for serving our customers. Experience in forging and building brand relationships, understanding product cycles, and online selling is preferred. The ideal candidate should be flexible, action-oriented, results-driven, self-starting, and possess strong analytical skills. They should have a proven track record of ownership, driving results, and executing ideas swiftly in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to make independent, data-driven decisions are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to plan, forecast, and drive an online business and communicate effectively with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Building Selection: Identify selection gaps and track the offline catalogue of the brand to ensure all relevant products are available on Amazon.
* Demand Generation: Collaborate with the category management team to create marketing calendars aligned with vendor objectives to stimulate demand.
* Business Advice: Support brand participation in Amazon programs.
* Availability: Ensure continuous product availability.
* Catalogue Quality: Ensure brand input is accurate and up-to-date on Amazon Detail Pages, including images and descriptions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of experience in account management, project or program management, or buying.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in process improvement.
* Experience managing large datasets.
