RSD requirement commensurate with the duties of the post subject to any ongoing restrictions. 27- 50 RSDs Vacancy Role: The Regtl Trg Warrant Officer (RTWO) is responsible directly to the Ops Maj, RTO and Regtl 2IC for the effective delivery of RTT outputs in accordance with Regtl priorities. Support for all military training matters (inc CIS) and personal development for 37 Signal Regiment. Tasks may fall outside of these areas to support the wider functions of the RTT. The RTWO will have key working relationships with Regtl Ops to ensure that the Regt delivers its outputs. Responsibilities: Providing planning and delivery of training whilst reporting directly to the Ops Maj, RTO and Regtl 2IC. Manage and deliver Regimental ITR and BCS training. Bams, LUMS platform awareness, have overarching access to ODR and prepare the briefs with accurate data from the course and ITR tracker, for delivery at the unit Comd Gps, with effective use of Management Information Systems, such as Muster, Target, and Modus. Coordination with the SPSI’s of booking and loading of courses on TARGET to maintain appropriate SQEP levels in unit and in support of operational pre-deployment requirements. Training team general admin and ITR tracker. Support to other Trg Team related activity as directed by RTO/RSM/Ops Maj. Work alongside and subordinate development of the Trg Team SSgt.
